Why Me? 

My passion is Nutrition and my mission is to work with like-minded, science-based companies to create exceptional dietary supplements designed to delight and promote healthy living.

I am seeking a leadership position with a science-based food or supplement company where I can bridge marketing and R&D to create compelling nutrition-based strategic  programs and develop leading-edge products that will  increase credibliltiy among consumers and build global sales.

I have extensive experience developing science programs, clinical research studies to support efficacy and safety of products; create targeted product development goals and platforms to launch innovative, useful nutritional products in timely, cost-effective manner. 

What I Do

Eighteen years in the Dietary Supplement Industry leading Scientific Affairs, R&D, Product Development--creating exciting, and efficacious dietary supplements coupled with many years as faculty researcher in Clinical Nutrition at Rush University Medical Center gives me a unique edge in understanding and applying nutritional/metabolisma and consumer desires with technical science expertise to enhance business growth and credibility. 

• Communicate complex science so customers and business groups understand--written and oral presentations, video, radio avenues
• Develop IP to protect unique formulations/products
• Develop protocol and manage studies for clinicals to support efficacy and structure/function claims
• Work with Product Development team to create products designed to promote health and wellness

Science done right, sells products!

But you have to know how and when to apply it! 

I'm lab-bench and animal research taught nutritionist along with human study design expertise;  I've taught graduate courses in Human Metabolism (biochemical pathways), Mineral and Vitamin metabolism and mentored many graduate student's research theses.  I have dairy and supplement industry expertise. 

I know the best way to utilize this accumulated knowledge base by  applying it to create and enhance products targeted to improve health along with proper diet and supplements.
