She obtained her BS in Biology at San Diego State, MS and PHD at University of Arizona and completed her NIH Postdoctoral Fellowship at the prestigious University of Chicago. She has authored many peer-reviewed scientific articles, abstracts, trade journal and holds 5 US/World patents.

Dr. Rockway knew at 19 what she wanted to be when she grew up—a health professional in Nutritional Sciences. She designed her college degrees to be just that—a passionate, knowledgeable and likeable scientist focusing on making people healthy through diet and exercise and desire.

In addition to her scientific expertise, she is strategic in aligning with the vision/mission of the organizations she serves, and creative in developing top-of-class R&D organizations and products. Dr. Rockway uses her love of nutrition and deep knowledge of science, marketing, and business to provide the best infrastructure, create harmonious nutritional products, and build high performing teams.

Dr. Rockway is thoughtful in her approach, whether it is the functionality of an ingredient or business application of a product—she knows the consumer and the best business strategy to please executives and the add to the bottom line. Her approach saves time and money, and always works in the best interest of the company. She is known to be nimble at juggling multiple projects with skill and exceptional attention to detail in an extremely fast-track environment and within tight deadlines.

Her experiences at Plexus, Isagenix, Life Extension and Nutribullet prove that her structured approach to detail in product development process works. Her teams work effectively and efficiently in a highly regulated environment and must comply with cGMP, NLEA, etc. Dr. Rockway has created numerous innovative health products which produced high revenue. She improves overall performance in science-based dietary supplements and bolsters time-to-market while meeting company goals for excellence.

At a new start-up in organic nutritional foods and supplements, Dr. Rockway, as VP at Capital Brands, built the nutritional food and supplement division from the ground-up and took on significant responsibility for regulatory, quality systems, manufacturing, basic and clinical research. These efforts brought in 30 million first year with new organic product line.

With a great sense of humor and respect for people, Dr. Rockway tackles problems, solves them, communicates effectively, and fosters trust at all levels.
